3. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes in accordance with current Spanish legislation.

The available payment methods are: credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal or other secure platforms integrated into the website.

NSG Diagnóstico & Soluciones HVAC reserves the right to update prices or payment terms without prior notice, always ensuring transparency before finalising the purchase.

4. Shipping

We ship to Spain, European Union countries and other international destinations depending on logistical availability.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected transport method. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will be provided with a tracking number when available.

We are not responsible for delays or incidents beyond our direct control, such as those caused by courier services, customs or force majeure.

5. Warranty and Returns

Our devices come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, limited to manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Misuse, drops or knocks.
Short circuits or electrical overload.
Tampering with or modification of the equipment.
Installation in unsuitable environments.

Returns are accepted within the first 7 calendar days after receipt of the product, provided that:

It has not been used.
It is kept in its original packaging.
It is in perfect condition for resale.
